Our Glass Bottle Factory’s Technology
As a glass bottle factory, our manufacturing capabilities are rooted in state-of-the-art production technology, enabling us to create packaging with exceptional quality, consistency, and design sophistication. Central to our operations are advanced furnaces capable of reaching 1600°C, utilizing oxy-fuel combustion systems that reduce energy consumption by 40% compared to traditional furnaces while producing remarkably clear, high-quality glass bottles.
Environmental recycling
Glass bottle factory support up to 80% recycled glass raw materials, and natural gas and electric melting technologies aligned
Furnaces technology
16 oxy-fuel combustion furnaces with a daily melting capacity of 380 tons, energy consumption below 11.5 MJ/kg molten glass (23% more energy-efficient than conventional furnaces). The automated furnace control system ensures temperature precision of ±1.5°C, guaranteeing stable glass material properties.
Physical and chemical testing laboratory
Equipped with machine vision and spectral analysis, we conduct hot-end inspections, light transmission tests, and stress resistance screenings.
Fully Automated Spraying Line
The cold-end coating is applied to bottle surfaces at temperatures of approximately 100–150°C at the exit of the annealing furnace, forming a lubricating film to enhance abrasion resistance, lubricity, and impact strength. Hot-end coating prevents crack formation on the bottle surface during high-temperature processing.
Automated Production Systems
Our 6S/7S/8S/9S lines enable simultaneous manufacturing of 100+ product categories, ensuring scalability for diverse client needs. Dual-gob IS (Individual Section) machine with boron nitride-coated molds (0.02mm precision grade), featuring mold cavity durability over 500,000 production cycles.
Our Story
- 1991
Founded in 1991, our company specializes in glass packaging products, initially focusing on manufacturing standardized glass bottles. In the early years, we primarily served domestic markets before gradually expanding into Southeast Asian markets, earning customer trust through consistent product quality and reliable service. Over time, we established a comprehensive production and supply chain while developing strategic partnerships with several long-term cooperative partner factories.
- 2008
With the growing demand in global markets, we began exporting to North America and Europe while promoting our products on B2B platforms like Alibaba. Over time, we expanded our product range from standard glass bottles to include spirit bottles, wine bottles, beer bottles, beverage containers, food jars, and cosmetic packaging. By offering low minimum order quantities (MOQ) paired with high-quality products, we’ve partnered with many small-to-medium wineries, food brands, and businesses. Attending international trade shows in regions like the U.S. and Europe has also helped us build a solid network of trusted clients over the years.
- 2008 to date
We’ve streamlined our operations and elevated our brand, focusing on strengthening our position in European and American markets by offering more high-end customized glass bottles. We’ve improved quality control to reduce production flaws and minimize customer claims. To boost brand visibility, we’ve started investing in digital marketing to attract clients online. Additionally, we’re developing a new global-friendly website to better connect with international customers and enhance their experience.
- Looking ahead
We’ll soon launch our official website to improve target customer acquisition. We’re also prioritizing eco-friendly glass packaging to meet international sustainability demands. Additionally, we plan to expand our range of customized high-end glass bottles to increase brand value. By strengthening partnerships with long-term clients, our goal is to grow into a reliable global supplier in the glass packaging industry, delivering high-value solutions for brands worldwide.
Our Factory
Our glass bottle factory’s manufacturing headquarters spans 1,300,000 square meters, designed exclusively for glass container production. The factory layout follows a streamlined production workflow, starting with the raw material processing area—where silica sand, soda ash, limestone, and cullet (recycled glass) are precisely measured and blended—leading to melting operations, followed by the forming department where molten glass is shaped into containers. Subsequent stages include annealing, quality inspection, decoration, secondary packaging, and warehouse facilities.
Glass bottle factory covers an area of more than 100,000 square meters.
High output: Precision-engineered production defines our operations. Ten high-capacity furnaces drive 30 dedicated lines, including specialized units for crystal-clear flint glass production and an upcoming extra-flint line for ultra-premium applications. Our manufacturing agility shines through dual-speed capabilities: high-volume lines output 400 standardized containers per minute, while precision lines craft 60-120 complex custom designs per minute. Advanced quick-change tooling enables seamless transitions between bulk orders and small-batch specialty items (minimum 5,000 units), maintaining <2hr changeover times. This technical orchestration supports our 400,000MT annual capacity while accommodating unique client specifications.
Intelligent manufacturing: The annealing furnace supporting the Internet of Things and real-time process monitoring ensure 99.8% operational efficiency for 22 specialized units.
Excellent research and development: Our innovation center is the first to adopt lightweight technology, reducing bottle weight by 15% without compromising durability.
Our production capabilities at this glass bottle factory accommodate containers ranging from 5ml miniature bottles to 2-liter large-capacity jars, with wall thickness varying from 0.8mm for lightweight designs to 8mm for premium heavy-base bottles. We offer color options including flint (clear), amber, green, blue, and custom colors created to exact specifications. With our current infrastructure, we can process over 900 tons of raw materials weekly. Our warehouse capacity allows us to maintain safety stock of standard items while managing just-in-time production for custom orders.
Certified to ISO 9001 standards, we ensure compliance with global market access regulations including FDA requirements.
Glass bottle factory has complete quality inspection and research and development equipment. Our comprehensive quality management system combines advanced technology with meticulous human expertise to ensure that every container meets our stringent standards. This multi-layered approach starts with incoming material inspection, where raw materials are subjected to spectral analysis to confirm their chemical composition and purity before production begins.
During the manufacturing process, our system continuously tracks 22 critical parameters, such as glass distribution, container weight, and dimensional precision. Any deviation from set parameters prompts immediate adjustments to prevent defects. In our glass bottle factory, every production line features multiple automated inspection points equipped with high-resolution cameras and precise sensors, checking 100% of containers for visual flaws, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity.
Complete quality inspection equipment: We boasts a comprehensive physical and chemical testing laboratory, as well as a complete quality inspection equipment: Vision inspection machines, crack detection systems, integrated inspection systems, and online visual inspection systems: 0.1mm defect detection accuracy with an inspection speed of 300 bottles per minute.
Annealing furnace with ±2°C temperature control: Utilizes PID algorithm and multi-point thermocouple monitoring to ensure uniform furnace temperature distribution. Energy-efficient design reduces power consumption by 30%, ideal for 24/7 continuous production.
R&D investment: 4.2% of annual revenue invested in technology research and development.
Why We Different
What truly sets our glass bottle factory apart in the glass packaging industry is our sincere collaborative approach and mindset. Unlike manufacturers who treat bottles and jars as commodities, we treat each container as an integral component of our clients’ brand experience and product performance. This philosophy drives our consultative design process—we don’t just manufacture containers, but partner with brands to develop packaging that enhances product performance, consumer appeal, and shelf presence.
