We operate a high-capacity glass jar and food bottle manufacturing system with 12 fully automated production lines and a daily production capacity of approximately 1.2 million units, with capacity scalable to 3 million units during peak periods.

Glass Jar Manufacturing Process
Our glass jar production process begins with the preparation and controlled mixing of raw materials, including silica sand, soda ash, and recycled glass cullet. The materials are melted at approximately 1,500°C before the molten glass is formed into jars using IS machines.
After forming, the containers are annealed to reduce internal stress and improve product stability. Production quality is monitored through dimensional inspection, thickness checks, visual inspection, sealing tests, and other quality control procedures.
Our manufacturing facilities produce food packaging formats ranging from smaller spice containers to larger preserving jars. Production specifications can be adjusted according to jar size, shape, weight, neck finish, and other product requirements.
Food Safety and Quality Testing
Our food packaging glass products are manufactured according to applicable food-contact requirements for different markets. Production and testing procedures cover material quality, sealing performance, dimensional consistency, and food-contact safety.
Where required for specific projects, testing can include heavy-metal migration, vacuum decay, sealing performance, thermal shock resistance, and other product-specific tests. Our current specifications include FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 requirements, with additional testing and documentation available according to the destination market and application.
For products such as pickles, sauces, honey, oils, and other food products, glass composition, closure selection, and sealing performance can be evaluated according to the product’s filling and storage conditions.
Food Packaging Development & Support
We work with food brands and packaging buyers to develop glass containers according to their filling, sealing, storage, and transportation requirements. Custom projects can involve jar dimensions, neck finishes, closures, shapes, decoration, and packaging.
For new projects, samples can be provided for testing before mass production. This allows customers to evaluate the jar with their filling equipment, closures, product formulation, and packaging process before placing a larger order.
Recycled Glass and Lightweight Packaging
Our glass packaging production incorporates recycled glass cullet as part of the manufacturing process. For selected products and production programs, recycled glass content can reach 85% food-grade PCR glass.
Lightweight glass jar designs can also reduce the material used per container while maintaining the required product performance. For example, our 500ml jars can be produced at a target weight of 180g or less, compared with the 230g industry average referenced in our production program.
These measures can help reduce material use, transportation requirements, and the environmental impact associated with food packaging while retaining the recyclability and reuse advantages of glass.
